Jiangsu Chuanglv Transportation Facilities Co., Ltd. has successfully won the bid for the highway auxiliary road lighting project in Maharashtra, India. The 12 meter dual arm integrated solar street lights have been put into mass use, solving the lighting needs of wide roads with a high-power design of dual lamp heads.
The 12 meter dual arm integrated solar street light landed this time is equipped with 80W high-efficiency LED light source for each lamp head, with a total lighting power of 160W. It is matched with 300W monocrystalline silicon solar panels and 300Ah high-capacity lithium batteries, which can meet the continuous lighting needs for 12 hours a day. According to actual testing, the street lamp maintains a photovoltaic conversion efficiency of over 21% in the high temperature environment of India (up to 45 ℃), with a lighting coverage width of 30 meters, far exceeding the 20 meter coverage range of traditional city circuit lights.
According to energy consumption and environmental protection data, the annual electricity consumption of a single traditional city circuit lamp is about 584 kWh (160W × 12h × 365 days ÷ 1000), and the annual electricity cost of a single solar street lamp is about 642.4 yuan (1.1 yuan/kWh for industrial electricity in India). The first batch of 100 street lamps in the project can save over 64000 yuan in electricity costs per year. In terms of carbon emissions, a single street lamp can reduce carbon emissions by about 582 kilograms per year, and a total of 100 lamps can reduce carbon emissions by 58.2 tons per year, providing hardware support for the green upgrade of India's highway network. The smooth delivery of this project also marks the recognition of Chuanglv Transportation's high-power solar street light products in the South Asian market.
