Recently, the 12 meter 80W integrated solar street light project developed by Jiangsu Chuanglv Transportation Facilities Co., Ltd. was successfully completed and delivered on a main road in Indonesia. This batch of street lights is customized and designed for the tropical climate characteristics of Indonesia, becoming a benchmark project for upgrading local road lighting.
The integrated solar street light that landed this time has a pole height of 12 meters and is equipped with an 80W high-efficiency LED light source. It uses a combination of monocrystalline silicon solar panels (with a power of 150W) and large capacity lithium batteries (200Ah) to achieve stable lighting for 12 hours a day and can still work normally for 7 consecutive rainy days. From the perspective of energy consumption data, the annual power consumption of a single traditional city circuit lamp is about 292 kWh (80W × 24h × 365 days ÷ 1000), while this solar street lamp has zero electricity consumption and can save about 340 yuan in electricity bills per lamp per year (calculated based on the Indonesian industrial electricity price of 1.16 yuan/kWh). The first batch of 60 street lamps put into use in the project can save over 20400 yuan in electricity bills per year.
In terms of environmental protection, a single solar street lamp can reduce carbon emissions by about 290 kilograms per year (thermal power can reduce carbon emissions by about 0.997 kilograms per kilowatt hour). The annual carbon reduction of 60 street lamps is equivalent to planting about 1560 trees, contributing to the development of green infrastructure in Indonesia. At present, these streetlights have been running stably for 3 months, with lighting brightness and endurance far exceeding local municipal requirements, and have been highly recognized by Indonesian partners.
