The overseas project of Chuanglv Transportation brings good news again! The 12 meter integrated solar street light project has been delivered on the main road in the suburbs of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. With the advantage of high poles and large coverage, it has improved the night traffic safety of local roads.
The 12 meter integrated solar street light customized for Malaysia this time is equipped with a 100W high-efficiency LED light source, matched with 280W monocrystalline silicon solar panels and 320Ah lithium iron phosphate batteries, with a lighting coverage range of 25 meters, which can meet the lighting needs for 12 hours a day. In response to Malaysia's equatorial climate, the street lamp panels are coated with UV resistant materials, extending their lifespan to 15 years, far exceeding the local municipal standard of 8 years.
Energy consumption and environmental protection data are impressive: Traditional city circuit lights consume about 438 kWh (100W × 12h × 365 days ÷ 1000) per year, while solar street lights save about 525.6 yuan (1.2 yuan/kWh for industrial electricity in Malaysia) per year. The 90 street lights deployed in the project save over 47000 yuan in electricity annually. In terms of carbon emissions, a single street lamp can reduce carbon emissions by about 436 kilograms per year, and a total of 90 lamps can reduce carbon emissions by 39.24 tons per year, adding green momentum to Malaysia's smart city construction. At present, the operating data of this batch of street lamps has been included as a reference by the local municipal department, laying the foundation for future cooperation.
